Metal Alloy Wire Mesh

We can offer you three kinds of metal alloy wire mesh,such as monel wire mesh,inconel wire mesh and FeCrAl wire mesh.

1.       Monel wire mesh
Monel Mesh includes monel 400 mesh and monel K500 mesh.
Monel 400 Mesh offers intense resistance to the variety of corrosion conditions such as resistance to brackish water, steam, salt and caustic solutions. It significantly resists de-aerated hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acids. Monel 400 provides broad resistance to stress corrosion cracking in the fresh water and other corrosion conditions. It shows intense mechanical features at the subzero temperatures and firmness and toughness. It doesn't exhibit ductile to brittle transformation when quenched to fluid hydrogen temperature level. 
Monel K 500 Mesh
Monel K500 Mesh
 offers excellent resistance to corrosion as well as large strength and hardness. The strength of this alloy is retained up to 1200oF however it shows ductility and toughness up to 400oF. It has very high melting temperature of 2400oF to 2460oF.
2. Inconel Wire Mesh is made of inconel wire. The available inconel mesh include: Inconel 600, Inconel 601, Inconel 617, Inconel 625, Inconel 718, Inconel 693, etc. Inconel Wire Mesh offers superior resistance to oxidation and carburization in high temperature. It also shows excellent combination of resistance to different corrosive media and elevated temperature strength. Inconel Wire Mesh resists the chloride ion stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion and high mechanical strength. 
Inconel Wire Mesh is categorized into following grades:

Inconel 600

3.FeCrAl wire mesh
FeCrAl wire has high resistance, low temperature coefficient of electric resistance, high operating temperature, and good corrosion resistance under high temperature, especially under the atmosphere containing sulfides.
 
FeCrAl wire has less hot strength than nickel s but much higher melting point and lower price. After being heated the plasticity becomes bad, easy brittleness, not to be easy to weld. However, If can be reasonably used, also be a kind of ideal electric heating material. To ensure the quality of these very fine wires, the best materials and strict quality control system were applied.
 
FeCrAl wires are made of iron chromium aluminum base s containing small amounts of reactive elements such as yttrium and zirconium. The high aluminum content, in combination with the high chromium content causes the scaling temperature to increase up to 1425ºC (2600ºF );

FeCrAl Wire also has excellent oxidation properties at 800- 1300ºC because of the formation of a highly protective Al2O3 scale.
